Cloud architecture and roadmaps
Architecture work should produce decisions you can defend later: dependency maps, failure domains, data flows, and migration cutovers with credible rollback. We focus on roadmaps that are implementable in your organisation—not slide decks that ignore procurement, identity, or operational reality.
Inventory before migration
We start from workloads, data stores, batch windows, and integration points. For each critical path we document assumptions, blast radius, and verification steps. Readiness reviews cover identity boundaries, encryption posture, network paths, and observability minimums before traffic moves.
Hybrid and multi-cloud
Connectivity models (private link, VPN, leased line) and account structure should match how teams actually work. We document trade-offs for latency, operations cost, and incident ownership rather than treating connectivity as a one-line diagram.
Roadmap governance
Roadmaps include owners, decision dates, and explicit “not now” items to prevent silent scope creep. Major changes go through change records suitable for audit sampling.
